Join us for a fun, messy play session & let your little one experience all the fun of messy play, where you don't have to tidy up after them! Little Pips welcome to bring a flask with you and take away a hot drink with you at the end of the session from their 'Parent pip stop'. Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Cancellations with 48 hours’ notice: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund. Cancellations due to sickness or illness: We completely understand that sickness and illness—especially in little ones—can be unavoidable. In the event that you or your child are unwell and unable to attend, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. In this case, 50% of your ticket price will be refunded. Late cancellations or no-shows: Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without prior notice, will not be eligible for a refund.
